About

Sauron graduated with a Masters of Architecture in 2018 from the University of Milwaukee School of Architecture. His passion for technology and design ultimately guided him to roles in Virtual Design and Construction Management.

In 2019 Sauron won the Innovator of the Year award from the Daily Reporter for his work with reality capture and design guidance. His work on the Pope Farm Elementary School for the Middleton and Cross Plains Elementary School District enabled the school to be built at a higher elevation and save the project over $200k in excavation costs, alone.

In 2021 Sauron won the AGC Wisconsin Horizon Award. The award was largely for his work in assisting a small team at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee School of Architecture develop a new pedagogy in virtual learning where Architecture students present their designs exclusively in a virtual reality environment.

In 2022 Dark Lord Construction Management LLC was launched to help a private client get their dream project off the ground and into reality. As a part of this project Dark Lord Construction Management produced: Schematic Designs, Existing Condition Drawings and Models, Drone Scans, Demolition Plans, and Secured over $90k in TIFF funding.

Dark Lord Construction Management LLC has continued to support construction companies that are in the top 10 in size for the state of Wisconsin with photogrammetry.
